About The Position

Take the next step in your career with Bon Appetit as a Sr. Wellness Coordinator in Minneapolis, MN! This role supports a mix of higher education and corporate accounts in the Minneapolis/Minnesota area. As our Senior Wellness Coordinator, you’ll serve as the primary resource for all things nutrition—implementing innovative nutrition and wellness programs, ensuring accurate menu labeling and allergen compliance, and supporting food allergy and special diet needs. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with culinary teams, account leaders, and clients to create meaningful, health-focused experiences. Requirements

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)-required
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in states where applicable
Serve-Safe certification required or obtained within twelve (12) weeks from date of hire

Nice To Haves

Experience in higher education and corporate wellness preferred
Strong nutrition program implementation skills
Good working knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions strongly preferred
Familiarity with nutrition analysis software is preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver nutrition and wellness programs and initiatives.
Develop and present educational materials for events such as health fairs, lunch-and-learns, program launches, regional and district meetings, and client presentations.
Support wellness-focused marketing initiatives by contributing to social media campaigns.
Manage menu and recipe development and ensure accurate nutrient analyses.
Lead implementation of wellness initiatives and provide ongoing training and support for assigned accounts to maintain program success.
Serve as the resource for nutrition education, sustainability guidance, and wellness inquiries from clients, customers, and associates.
Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of nutrition and food allergy information, ensure compliance with wellness standards, and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness promotion activities.
Contribute to business growth by supporting account retention, participating in sales presentations, and assisting with quarterly business reviews.
