About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate the scale system to accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks. Maintain clear, timely documentation and generate weight tickets for all material movements. Provide courteous, efficient customer service to drivers, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor site traffic flow and communicate with the plant team to support safe operations. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
