About The Position
As a key member of the Operations Team, the Sr. Warehouse Associate performs duties related to receiving and shipping merchandise. The role processes international and domestic shipments, handles RMAs, unpacks deliveries and distributes their contents to the appropriate warehouse locations, maintains shipment records, and assists with inventory counts and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
- Forklift experience and certification, or the ability to become certified within 60 days.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for long periods of time.
Nice To Haves
- 2–4 years of warehouse experience.
- SAP or other ERP experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- General understanding of 5S principles.
Responsibilities
- Process international and domestic shipments.
- Process and facilitate RMAs to and from vendors and customers.
- Unpack deliveries and distribute contents to the appropriate warehouse locations.
- Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming warehouse shipments.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
