In this role you will lead a team of Vice Presidents and Field Sales Executives responsible for growing our Acute Care portfolio across the United States selling both food and support service lines. Ideally located in Charlotte, NC, you will be responsible for all aspects of the selling process, from prospecting through contract negotiations. You will lead a team of approximately 30 individuals, managing their daily activities, development and overall success. Equally important, you will partner with our operations team to develop a winning growth culture. In this position, you will report to the Chief Growth Officer, Compass Group USA.
