About The Position

The Vice President of Integration is responsible for providing enterprise-level leadership to align growth initiatives, technology capabilities, and governance, ensuring strategy, execution, and risk management are integrated and mutually reinforcing. The specific duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the subsequent items, and are characterized in the following five standards of performance, defined as below: I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a member of the Executive Management Team, contributing to organizational strategy, policy development, and long-range planning. Drive an integrated operating model that aligns growth, technology, governance, and service delivery. Provide executive oversight of assigned administrative and internal service functions, which may include, but not be limited to: Business Development, Information Technology, and Contract Management. Act as liaison to the Foundation Board and Trust Services. Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to support responsible fiscal management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Set business development strategy, including market/partner prioritization, pipeline standards, and growth targets. Coordinate cross-functional resources (operations, IT, finance, compliance, legal) to support due diligence and deal execution. Develop and manage strategic partnerships and referral relationships in alignment with organizational mission and risk tolerance. Ensure new business is operationally ready through implementation planning, service design, and handoff to owners. Approve IT portfolio priorities to ensure alignment with business development, trust operations, and enterprise needs. Serve as a primary management liaison to the Foundation Board, ensuring alignment of objectives, organizational capabilities, and risk management practices. Support governance processes, including policy updates, committee coordination, and action item follow-through. Oversee trust services operations to ensure fiduciary responsibilities, service standards, and regulatory/compliance expectations are met. Partner with compliance, legal, and finance to manage risk, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure technology and data capabilities effectively support trust administration and client/beneficiary experience. Ensure contracts support operational readiness, IT/security requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Any additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with development and implementation of policies and procedures and able to facilitate progressive organizational development
  • Possess both administrative and functional experience in assigned areas
  • Demonstrate proven skills in leadership, creative problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise integration initiatives, cross-functional programs, and change management.
  • Experience overseeing IT strategy and operations, including cybersecurity, vendors, and project/portfolio governance.
  • Strong contract management or commercial operations experience, including negotiation support and lifecycle controls.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including board-level presentation and briefing capability.
  • Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, oral, and communication abilities and effective time management/organizational skills
  • Be able to work scheduled hours that may include weekend and/or holiday timeframes and maintain an acceptable work attendance as defined in the agency’s personnel policy manual
  • Be computer literate with knowledge in agency operating systems and applicable software required for department needs.
  • Be able to prepare regular program/progress reports on assigned program goals and objectives and be able respond to questions about the reports
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in normal work and emergency situations
  • Must physically be able to perform required certifications and lift fifty (50) pounds
  • Possess a valid driver’s license acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with at least 10 years of progressive management experience in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • A combination of education and experience that in the opinion of the reviewing agency, exceeds the above standards of the program
