This position delivers executive oversight for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and key partnership integrations, supporting the achievement of strategic, financial, operational, and cultural goals. The VP shapes integration strategies, governance, and decision-making frameworks, and partners with senior leadership to ensure integrations advance the organization’s operating model and growth objectives. This position also provides enterprise program governance and oversight for the EBITDA margin optimization program. The role involves providing enterprise executive leadership and accountability for successful integration of transactions up to or exceeding $10 Billion, setting and leading enterprise integration strategies, owning integration governance and performance oversight, establishing and scaling an enterprise integration management office (IMO), defining the enterprise integration framework and playbook, leading executive-level integration operating cadence, and maintaining ultimate accountability for integration risk and outcomes. The VP partners with communications and organizational change leadership, serves as the enterprise authority on integration strategy and best practices, and partners with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact EBITDA margin improvement initiatives.
