Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration to lead and manage the integration of acquired companies, acting as the central project leader to align systems, culture and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in M&A integration, corporate development, strategic finance, or management consulting.
  • Minimum of 10 years proven experience leading end-to-end post-close M&A integration for mid-to-large-scale transactions in a high-growth environment or corporate setting.
  • Deep understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and post-merger integration processes.
  • Strong project management, financial acumen, and excellent executive-level communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including developing timelines and managing budgets.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive consensus and make fast decisions, with the ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.
  • Broad understanding of business operations, including finance, human resources, and information technology systems.
  • Ability to travel (often up to 50%) to acquired sites.

Responsibilities

  • Integration Management Office (IMO): Stand up and manage the IMO, defining workstream charters and timelines, tracking and reporting on metrics (KPIs/OKRs), identifying risks, and managing interdependencies.
  • Day 1 & Post-Close Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans and manage cross-functional teams to ensure Day 1 readiness and seamless alignment of systems and processes.
  • Operational Integration: Oversee and drive the end-to-end integration plans across functional areas, including Operations, HR, Legal, IT and Finance to ensure seamless alignment of systems and processes.
  • Strategy & Synergy Realization: Translate deal strategy into actionable integration plans and roadmaps (e.g., 100-day plans) to achieve expected cost and revenue synergy targets and maximize ROI.
  • Change Management & Culture: Manage employee retention, cultural integration, and internal/external communications.
  • Executive Communication: Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates to the steering committee and senior management on progress, risks, and decision-making.
