Senior Director M&A Integration
About The Position
As a Sr. Director of M&A Integration here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving Honeywell's integration strategy. You will be responsible for integrating transactions and driving Day 1 readiness, with a focus on programmatic process leadership. You will report directly to our Vice President of Corporate Development and will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, the impact of a Sr. Director of M&A Integration is comprehensive, encompassing program management, risk management, advanced valuation, strategic direction, due diligence, legal compliance, advanced integration planning, stakeholder relations, advanced post-merger performance monitoring, long-term strategy, and shareholder value. Your role is instrumental in shaping the organization's most complex M&A integrations, ensuring that deals align with its goals and contribute to its long-term success.
