This executive will build and lead a high-performing market access organization — spanning payer strategy, pricing and contracting, trade and distribution, reimbursement, and patient access — while serving as a key voice in shaping Harrow’s corporate strategy and pipeline investment decisions. The SVP of Market Access will bring a rare combination of strategic vision and operational depth, with the credibility to influence senior executives, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders at the highest levels. As Harrow prepares for a pivotal period of product launches, this leader will be instrumental in establishing the infrastructure, talent, and strategic frameworks that drive durable commercial success.
