Requirements

  • 6+ years of Professional Services Vendor Management experience in a high-growth Enterprise Software / SaaS company.
  • Proven track record in transitioning vendor models from staff augmentation to outcome-based, milestone-driven SOW deliverables.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise PSA tools (Clarizen/Planview) and Vendor Management Systems (Magnit/Coupa/Fieldglass).
  • Demonstrated success auditing global vendor footprints, establishing standardized rate cards, and managing Global System Integrators (GSIs) and specialized niche partners.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the operational shift from transactional staff augmentation to outcome-based Vended Services, expanding subcontractor margin.
  • Manage the global Cortex & Cloud vendor portfolio. Execute vendor ecosystem cleanup, establish standardized SOW/MSA templates, enforce rigid rate cards, and host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners.
  • Serve as the primary business lead for the migration to Magnit VMS, streamlining onboarding, eliminating manual ELs/POs, and automating contract renewal tracking.
  • Own subcontractor demand forecasting in partnership with regional Workforce Leaders. Cultivate strategic "warm bench" capabilities across vendors to minimize Time to Staff and support custom pricing model execution (5% CFFP rate uplift).
  • Partner with Data and Shared Services leads to operationalize automated intake channels maintaining 100% data hygiene and skills tracking across PSA systems.
  • Partner seamlessly with Technical Services Leaders, PMO, Sourcing, Legal, and Finance to resolve resourcing bottlenecks, manage risk, and deliver transparent milestone reporting in Asana.
