This role is responsible for building relationships with the Manheim Auction commercial team and management, managing email communications, processing manual and AS400 system orders, and handling escalated Client Success VINs with carriers and agents. The specialist will monitor holds and verification delays, manage dispatch negotiation, and understand sales tactics to increase margin. Key tasks include actioning AutoIMS for Trans Delay Holds, Cancellations, and ETAs, following up with carriers daily, processing fees, posting assessorial charges, and requesting Hold Harmless/Releases. The role also involves investigating carrier kickbacks to re-dispatch units, holding carriers accountable, creating and managing vendor corrective actions, monitoring and correcting order entry failures, and understanding margin requirements. Performance measurement, analytics reporting for clients and vendors, and compiling vehicle transportation data are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be an outside-the-box thinker, able to solve problems quickly, work independently in a hybrid environment, and possess strong customer service and multi-tasking skills with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
