Sr. UX Researcher
About The Position
The Senior UX Researcher is part of the Experience Design organization, reporting to the Director of Experience Design. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering and eCommerce business stakeholders, you'll generate customer insights that shape product strategy, inform design decisions, and improve experiences across our digital ecosystem. Requirements
- 4+ years of UX research experience within digital product organizations, retail / eCommerce experience preferred.
- Expertise across qualitative research methods, with experience leveraging quantitative data to strengthen insights.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience collaborating across Product Management, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency with modern research and collaboration tools, including Dscout, Dovetail, Miro, Figma, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute research plans aligned with product strategy, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Conduct qualitative and mixed-method research, including customer interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept testing, and journey mapping.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations that influence product strategy and design decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally throughout discovery, design, and delivery to ensure customer insights are embedded in the product development lifecycle.
- Present research findings through compelling storytelling tailored to a variety of audiences.
- Help scale research practices, repositories, and best practices across the Experience Design organization.
- Mentor designers and cross-functional partners on research methods and customer-centered thinking.
