Sr UX Designer
About The Position
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to own end-to-end experiences within a product area, driving both discovery and delivery. You’ll shape product direction, elevate team practices, and integrate AI into the design process in thoughtful, high-leverage ways. Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in product/UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
- Proven ability to influence product direction and roadmap decisions
- Strong experience leading discovery and research initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to harness AI and new technologies to evolve design workflows, streamline collaboration with engineering, and accelerate high-quality product delivery.
- Systems thinking across features and journeys
- Ability to clearly and professionally articulate and defend design decisions, and manage stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery efforts to identify high-impact opportunities
- Shape product direction through strong problem framing and insight
- Define success metrics and evaluate outcomes
- Design scalable, end-to-end experiences across a product area
- Use AI and other emerging technologies to accelerate research synthesis, concept exploration, and iteration
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
- Mentor designers on craft, product thinking, and modern tooling
- Raise the bar for design quality and critique
