The UI (User Interface) Designer is responsible for the visual and interactive elements of digital products like websites and mobile apps. They will translate user flows and wireframes into polished, high-fidelity mockups, ensuring the interface is both aesthetically pleasing and highly intuitive. Candidate should be detail oriented and will be responsible for coordinating with staff to understand requirements of new functionality and user needs, conducting user interviews to identify user needs and translate findings into actionable design improvements, prototyping through wireframes and mock ups for user-centric experiences, updating corporate website and intranet with a content management system as needed, iterating on design improvements to drive UI consistency and meet user needs across platforms, evaluating end-to-end workflows to enhance usability and efficiency for both administrators and external stakeholders, establishing and maintaining UI patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure visual consistency across platforms, working with business users on any web content changes, and utilizing a survey tool creating conditional content surveys. They will also support the creation of surveys, polls and registrations.
