About The Position

The Senior Treasury Management Client Services Associate delivers high-touch, white-glove support to a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients. This role serves as a primary point of contact for Treasury Management servicing, leading client onboarding and ongoing training across a comprehensive suite of Treasury Management products and services. The associate applies deep product knowledge and a strong understanding of operational controls to support client needs, resolve complex service inquiries, and partner effectively with internal teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational integrity, adherence to risk and control standards, and the consistent execution and maintenance of Treasury Management procedures while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years' treasury management client services onboarding and training
  • Advanced knowledge of core treasury management products and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead client training and support post onboarding for Treasury Management services, including Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Information Reporting, Positive Pay, Lockbox and Commercial Cards
  • Execute white-glove Treasury Management client service through phone and email case management, delivering timely, accurate, and high-touch support
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of Treasury Management products and services following implementation, ensuring completion within agreed upon time frames and in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Review client documentation, due diligence materials, and service agreements for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to control standards
  • Obtain required internal approvals for Treasury Management services and access, as applicable
  • Anticipate client needs by proactively addressing questions and offering solutions to simplify and enhance the client experience
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned, including contributing to the development and maintenance of reports, procedures, and process documentation
