The Wealth Management Client Services Associate will enhance the client experience by servicing client needs and providing support to the Wealth Management Team. This position holds responsibilities in four primary categories: Sales Support, Compliance, Customer Service, and Teamwork. The role involves formulating appropriate actions to aid clients, supporting advisors with new sales opportunities, interacting with clients via phone and email, supporting client onboarding/offboarding, preparing materials for client meetings, establishing recurring receipts and distributions, and aiding in formulating solutions to compliance matters. The associate will also participate in risk mitigation by adhering to Busey policies and appropriate client identification/verification methods.
