This position is an opportunity to join Okta's growing Legal Operations team as a Sr. Training & Knowledge Management Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for the Legal team’s training and knowledge management program. The program should be designed for human understanding and compatibility with modern AI systems. You will establish a unified knowledge management and training strategy that can be re-architected to leverage AI, empowering the team and business partners to move faster and enabling employees to easily access information in an AI-driven environment. This position will be based in Toronto, Canada.
