About The Position

The Sr. Trainer of Leadership and Growth translates leadership development strategy into scalable programs, systems, and experiences that strengthen leadership capability across the employee lifecycle. This is a dual-capability role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will not only help shape leadership development initiatives, but also build, facilitate, operationalize, and continuously improve them. They are equally comfortable creating a framework, facilitating a leadership experience, and managing the systems and processes that sustain long-term success. Operating within the Learning Experience team and broader People & Services function as Principal, Leadership and Growth, this role partners across the organization to identify development needs, design practical solutions, and deliver programs that build readiness, effectiveness, and organizational impact. This role is accountable for delivering high-quality leadership and employee enablement programs aligned with company culture, leadership expectations, and business priorities. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, remote position with a compensation range of $85,000 to $95,000 USD/year.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, talent management, learning and development, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, facilitating, and administering leadership development programs, learning experiences, or coaching initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage leaders at multiple levels.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects and translate ideas into practical, high-quality execution.
  • Experience developing trusted partnerships and delivering solutions aligned to organizational and employee needs.
  • Proficiency with workplace tools and platforms, including LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, scheduling tools, GenAI tools, and Canva.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about the future of work and the evolving role of leaders in increasingly AI-enabled organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Certification or training in coaching and/or leadership assessments (e.g., ICF, Hogan, DiSC, CliftonStrengths) preferred.
  • Experience supporting Director- and VP-level populations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, facilitate, and continuously improve leadership development programs for existing and emerging leaders.
  • Partner with Learning Experience, People Experience, and business leaders to identify capability needs and translate them into scalable development solutions.
  • Create and refine leadership programming, employee enablement resources, nomination processes, assessments, and supporting materials.
  • Support the implementation of a company-aligned coaching philosophy, leadership assessment practices, and development frameworks.
  • Coordinate onboarding and leadership transition experiences for Director-level leaders and above, including coaching, assessments, and development planning.
  • Manage program operations, communications, calendars, reporting, participant records, and platform administration.
  • Measure program effectiveness, track outcomes, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build repeatable processes, tools, and standards that improve consistency, quality, and scalability across leadership development initiatives.
  • Continuously evolve leadership curriculum to reflect changing business needs, emerging technologies, and the skills leaders need to effectively lead modern, technology- and AI-enabled organizations.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Travel (<5%) may be required for the role, with advance notice given to the employee.
