As a Technical Program Manager on our Field Integration and Test team, you'll manage the engineering interface towards end to end field verification and Beta teams, ensuring our LEO satellite solutions perform flawlessly in real world environments. Your work will directly impact when and how customers around the world first experience Amazon Leo broadband, ensuring every product we ship meets the quality bar our customers deserve. You'll develop issue management mechanisms connecting engineering and business teams, define KPIs that measure program health, and build reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into progress. When complex issues arise, you'll jump in to problem solve and debug alongside engineering teams, driving resolution and continuous improvement of validation processes. You'll identify opportunities to automate manual validation workflows, build AI driven reporting and triage tools, and drive adoption of these solutions across the team. Your program management expertise will shape both our current validation approach and the foundation for future Leo communication system validation processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on cross functional coordination, data driven decision making, and implementing the latest testing and automation technologies to enhance validation efficiency at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience coordinating embedded software and hardware testing programs with understanding of functional validation methodologies
- Knowledge of user experience validation and IP networking or wireless technologies testing
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and related tools
- Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
