About The Position

The Sr. Total Rewards Analyst is the technical and analytical engine of NexaMotion Group’s Total Rewards Department, supporting HRIS, data analytics, compensation, benefits, and 401(k). The role owns ADP Workforce Now configuration, integrations, and reporting; helps maintain accurate benefit and retirement programs across a multi-state, multi-country workforce; and identifies opportunities to automate and document recurring work. The position supports enterprise objectives and team member engagement and retention. Responsibilities may evolve as business needs change.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRIS and/or compensation experience, with a deep understanding of system configurations and integrations.
• Proficiency with vendor file interfaces/SFTP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including XLOOKUP, IF statements, Pivot Tables, and charts.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize independently.
• Demonstrated ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn data into leadership-ready reports and clear documentation.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt new technology and AI tools.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
• Working knowledge of benefits and retirement plan compliance, including ERISA, ACA, and 401(k).
• Experience with Power BI and AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.
• Experience supporting U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico workforces.

Responsibilities

• Own ADP Workforce Now benefits and HR configuration, including benefit plans, deduction codes, and policy acknowledgements; partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to implement changes.
• Monitor carrier, retirement, HSA/FSA, and SFTP file interfaces; troubleshoot errors and coordinate fixes with vendors.
• Audit team member data and personnel actions, including new hires, rehires, terminations, and PARs, for accuracy.
• Manage the ADP report library, location and work location data, and ADP service requests.
• Run position evaluations, pay range and FLSA classification reviews, job description quality control, and salary recommendations.
• Lead annual merit and bonus cycles, including ADP compensation events, program materials, approvals, and accurate payouts.
• Lead minimum wage and salary threshold audits and ensure compliance.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for Finance and leadership, such as headcount, benefit premiums, and earnings trends, and support HR dashboards such as Power BI.
• Automate recurring work using AI tools and system automation, and partner with IT on HR automation initiatives.
• Maintain current SOPs and process documentation, and recommend process improvements.
• Build benefit plans and open enrollment events in ADP Workforce Now and support open enrollment end to end.
• Process 401(k) funding and reconciliation, and monitor COBRA activity.
• Perform recurring benefit and deduction audits; resolve data issues and support deduction reconciliations with Finance and Payroll.
• Support self-funded medical plan monitoring, including claims registers, high-cost claimants, and pharmacy rebates.
• Prepare and audit compliance data for Form 5500, nondiscrimination testing, 1094-C/1095-C filings, and SECURE 2.0 audits.
