About The Position

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Sr Systems Integration and Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin's Andover, MA facility. This role will support the design, development, and maintenance of test consoles and automated test equipment (ATE) systems. The team is responsible for ensuring the production of reliable products that meet customer requirements. The engineer will play a key role in architecting new test stands, designing test solutions, and developing algorithms and techniques.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline – Electrical, Computer, Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent professional level career experience
3+ years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance and at least an interim secret clearance prior to start
US Citizen
Experience using Microsoft Office products
Prior experience with project execution, technical leadership, and product/test equipment lifecycle

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 5 years of professional level career experience
Proficiency with electrical parameter measurements typically required for components and subassemblies
Proficiency with Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems
Proficiency in developing complex test programs with NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand development environments
Proficiency researching and specifying components for test equipment design
Proficiency in Corrective/Preventative action process and implementation
Proficiency reading, understanding and writing change orders to; assembly drawings and parts lists for test equipment and systems

Troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems down to the test instrument, fixturing, software level or unit under test

Implementing Corrective/Preventative action process
Deriving test requirements from design or system level requirements
Reading, understanding and writing change orders to assembly drawings and parts lists for test equipment and systems
Preparing charts and giving presentations outlining technical issues, solutions or trade studies
