This is a 4th shift role working Friday - Sunday 5:00am-5:00pm and making up 4 hours during the week. A shift premium of 8% is included.

Requirements

  • Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • 2+ years of integration or test experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with radar systems, including the ability to read schematics of complex, interconnected systems and troubleshooting faults effectively
  • Hands-on expertise with RF (Radio Frequency) circuits, including diagnosis and resolving RF-related issues (Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers)
  • Skilled in performing radar performance tests and interpreting diagnostic data to troubleshoot and resolve system faults, experience in radar system maintenance with a strong mechanical aptitude, comprehensive ability to interpret test requirements, schematic diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Hands-on individual who may operate equipment such as forklifts or boom lifts, if necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as shop floor and engineering tools such as PRISM, PDM, and CMES.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support and technical expertise for 2nd shift radar system-level testing activities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system-level faults
  • Provide technical troubleshooting for hardware testing and support defect resolution through root cause analysis (RCCA) and corrective measures to prevent recurrence
  • Analyze production test data to ensure compliance, identify trends, and drive process and testing strategy improvements
  • Proactively identify, address, and mitigate vulnerabilities within the test processes to ensure seamless operation and high-quality output
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement by analyzing test data, optimizing methodologies, and implementing best practices
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders in Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Offices to align goals and objectives
  • Ensure safety requirements are met for products, personnel, and test environments, promoting a culture of safety and ongoing improvement
  • Contribute to the development, refinement, and documentation of Factory Test Procedures (FTP) to ensure consistency and efficiency in testing processes
