The Sr Territory Sales Rep will execute the Annual Territory Sales Plan to grow their assigned territory. This involves prospecting, planning, territory management, sales, identifying opportunities, and utilizing the Curbell Selling System, CRM, and Sales Tools. The role requires meeting territory road trip requirements and providing feedback to sales management on the Annual Territory Sales Plan, customer accounts, opportunities, market activities, and competition. The representative will execute buyer-centric sales activities, manage assigned territory, and communicate opportunities and issues with National Accounts to minimize channel conflict. Additionally, they will assist Sales Management with assigned value-based projects, which may include mentoring new sales reps, onboarding assistance, and training. The goal is to meet or exceed annual targeted growth goals overall and by product family. Other duties as assigned.
