About The Position

As a Senior Teller with Marquette Bank, you will assist the Teller Supervisor or Branch Operations Manager with the day-to-day duties of the Retail Operations Department. You will perform backroom teller functions, balance the vault and branch, and open and close the branch. You will be one of our customers’ most valuable resources by accurately processing customer transactions, developing relationships and delivering a high level of customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years teller experience
  • Detail oriented with a thorough understanding of the Teller Department
  • Versatile
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers
  • Possess leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze accurately and think quickly
  • Proficient in all aspects of teller duties
  • Thorough knowledge of the teller terminal transactions and corrections
  • Detailed knowledge of all backroom teller balancing, remittance procedures and vault teller procedures

  • Actively comply with all applicable laws and regulations to include the Bank Secrecy Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, and all other deposit, lending, or non-deposit service regulations; adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and risk management responsibilities contained in the Employee Handbook, the Employee Code of Conduct, and other applicable policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
