The Senior Technical Training Content Specialist is responsible for developing, governing, and continuously improving all technical learning and documentation that support Easy Ice’s field operations. This role owns the full lifecycle of written and digital training content across onboarding, the LMS, SOPs, and field playbooks, ensuring materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards. The specialist converts subject-matter expertise from Technical Services, FSMs, and OEMs into clear, accessible guides, troubleshooting documents, and service manuals used by technicians nationwide. They apply adult-learning principles to design structured courses, facilitator resources, and knowledge checks that reinforce skill progression and retention. Acting as the quality gatekeeper for technical content, this role maintains version control, governance templates, and update schedules. It partners cross-functionally with operations and technical leaders to validate accuracy and usability, embedding feedback loops from the field to improve training effectiveness. The specialist also monitors technician performance data and repeat-call trends to identify learning gaps and prioritize new or revised materials. By ensuring that every piece of content is instructionally sound and operationally relevant, this position strengthens technician confidence, supports consistent service quality, and drives measurable business results for Easy Ice.
