The Senior Technical Recruiter will join Dialpad to scale technical teams by managing full lifecycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design, with opportunities to support other organizations. This role involves owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to hiring, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and driving a consistent, data-driven process to hire top talent.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in the areas of Engineering, Product, and Design for a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience recruiting for NAM (US & CAN).
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS company.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing complex compensation packages.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Self-starter with a track record of building strong, productive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless, consistent, and highly positive candidate experience across Argentina, Canada, and the US.
  • Become a strong talent advisor by developing deep relationships with candidates, hiring managers, teams, and global stakeholders.
  • Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline, identify creative sourcing techniques, and recruit in a variety of venues to build balanced and inclusive teams.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience focused on a high-touch, warm, engaging, and meaningful connection during the recruitment journey.
  • Source, screen, and assess talent that leads to offers, negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner closely with management and other global Talent Acquisition Partners to attract talent that supports global lines of business.
  • Accelerate candidate engagement and improve the candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process with consistent high-touch communication.
  • Identify innovative and creative sourcing techniques that deliver strong results.
