Reporting directly or operationally into the VP, Clinical Operations, the role supports the broader coordination of efforts across teams to ensure impactful contributions to AI integration. Structure Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Technical Project / Program Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact IT initiatives spanning R&D, G&A, and AI/Infrastructure platforms. This role is critical to enabling scientific innovation and enterprise scale by delivering complex, cross-functional programs with precision, transparency, and speed. Operating at the level expected in leading biotech organizations, this individual will drive end-to-end program execution, establish strong delivery governance, and ensure alignment between scientific, corporate, and technology priorities. This role requires a balance of deep program management discipline, technical fluency, and AI-forward thinking, with a strong focus on execution excellence and executive communication.
