About The Position

The Prime Video Groupings, Re-engagement and Optimizations team suggests videos that are relevant and tailored to customers’ schedules and environments. We help our customers find new content and content they have engaged with, to provide the most relevant titles. We tailor these recommendations through Personalization models that you can help shape. Along with delivering an AI-First personalization experience, you'll collaborate with a talented team of engineers and scientists to create models to run these predictions and services to provide the results at incredible scale and speed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

• Adept at building consensus, align teams toward coherent technology strategies.
• Champion and prioritize new product requirements and features for development
• Identify short and long-term product opportunities, provide actionable recommendations and influence stakeholders to implement durable solutions.
• Plan, execute, and monitor program and manage risks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges for our customers and validate new integration launches
