About The Position

The Role Sr. Technical Manager, DevOps Integration and Automation- Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, Parsippany, New Jersey. Driving automation strategies and solutions ensuring the performance, reliability, security, and efficiency of our CI/CD pipelines; Designing, configuring, and managing cloud resources and infrastructure as code to support applications throughout the software development life cycle; Driving Process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability; Managing, monitoring, and improving communication between the developmental and operational aspects of the software development process. Creating integrations to improve the customer’s experience; and Researching, designing, and developing automation and integration solutions in emerging technologies such as generative Artificial Intelligence. 5 - 10% domestic travel to company headquarters. May work from home anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s in Applied Computer Science or related field, plus five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Must also have 5 years of experience in DevOps and Release Management, including design, architecting, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • 5 years of experience in CICD/Release tools with any one or combination of Cloudbees Jenkins, Ant, Maven or Plutora
  • 5 years of experience in Code Quality Tools with any one or combination of SonarQube, Checkmarx or Veracode, and Source Code Management Tools with any one or combination of GitHub, Bitbucket or PVCS
  • 5 years of experience in ITSM tools with any one or combination of Assyst, Service Now, Remedy and Content Management Tool Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Must also have the following Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps-Engineer- Professional; AWS Certified Developer-Associate; and ITIL Service Operation.

  • Creating integrations to improve the customer’s experience; and Researching, designing, and developing automation and integration solutions in emerging technologies such as generative Artificial Intelligence.
