Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant maintenance leadership experience, in food manufacturing preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on accountability and ownership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Flexible, hands-on leader capable of supporting all shifts.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure that all work and equipment is performed in a safe manner and that all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is worn as necessary and all employees receive the proper safety training in accordance with Company, Local, State, and Federal OSHA rules and regulations. "Leave no space unsafe"!
- Lead the entire maintenance team and disciplines in a 24/7 facility, fostering development through mentoring and training.
- Drive equipment reliability and uptime through root cause analysis (RCA), preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance activities, capital projects, and process optimization to support operational goals and maximize asset utilization.
- Collaborate with production, FSQ, continuous improvement, and safety teams to resolve equipment and facility issues efficiently.
- Monitor performance using operational, quality, and MES/SAP data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure cost-effective solutions.
