About The Position

This role is for an SRE Leader with AI Experience, focusing on the reliability, scalability, and performance of large-scale applications. The individual will be responsible for application development, runtime support, and ensuring the application and infrastructure meet capacity planning, SLA/SLO requirements. Experience with AI and Gen AI technologies is crucial for this position.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with Java Web/Enterprise projects.
• Good understanding of Runtime Support and Application Development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of concepts/design for reliability (Automation, Scaling, Auto Recovery, Redundancy, Availability).
• Good understanding of App/Infra capacity planning, SLA/SLOs.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Java Frameworks.
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud computing platforms.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferred Cloudbees / Jenkins).
• Excellent understanding of APM/observability tools like NewRelic/Datadog/Dynatrace, Splunk etc.
• Hands-on experience with PCF - App-Pilot & Presto.
• Skills to conduct POCs and reflect POC to enterprise scale.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of AI technologies.
• Knowledge and experience on Gen AI tools and technology like GHCP, Claud, AWS Bedrock.

Nice To Haves

• AWS Certification preferred.
• Experience with Cloudbees / Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide runtime support and manage the application development lifecycle.
• Ensure reliability through automation, scaling, auto-recovery, redundancy, and availability.
• Manage App/Infra capacity planning and meet SLA/SLOs.
• Develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Java Frameworks.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize APM/observability tools for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Work with PCF - App-Pilot & Presto.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and scale them to enterprise level.
• Apply knowledge of AI technologies, including Gen AI tools and platforms like GHCP, Claud, and AWS Bedrock.
