Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2–4 years’ field engineering or related technical experience
Strong background in field engineering support
Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings

Nice To Haves

Technical certification or Associate Degree
Experience supporting large/complex client environments
Proficiency in advanced diagnostic tools
Familiarity with process improvement and metrics documentation

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain hardware and software at customer locations
Own all onsite service activities for assigned complex client accounts
Execute advanced maintenance tasks and low-complexity installations
Diagnose and resolve technical issues using advanced tools and knowledge
Provide technical feedback to optimize equipment, systems, and processes
Support team members with technical expertise and assistance
Document service details and contribute to improved client service metrics
Identify systemic technical/process issues and recommend improvements to management
Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and technical guidance
