About The Position

We are growing and currently looking to add members to our off shift team! This role is an opportunity to gain valuable operational experience. Day to day, you will work closely with Planners, Account Managers, Operations Managers, etc.. within Operations and will play a key role in the operational growth of PAM. PAM Transport is a transportation company that specializes in nationwide dry van truckload, expedited truckload, and logistics services throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers, and we believe that starts with our employees who are passionate about their work. Responsibilities

• Staying in touch with your drivers to ensure their needs are met
• Managing truck maintenance schedule to ensure services are completed on time
• Effectively communicating issues/concerns to the account management team
• Encourage driving safety within your fleet of drivers
