Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with extensive professional experience in talent acquisition.
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, including expertise in union environments.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, high‑volume requisitions using data‑driven insights.
  • Proven ability to build diverse, equitable talent pipelines, collaborate with senior leaders and labor stakeholders, and meet all security, background, and compliance requirements, supported by advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Leads end‑to‑end recruiting for union and management roles, grounded in deep expertise in collective bargaining agreements, labor considerations, and organizational standards.
  • Serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders to align workforce needs, recruitment strategy, and approved staffing plans.
  • Delivers a high‑touch, equitable candidate experience while guiding evaluation, compensation alignment, offers, and pre‑hire processes with care and precision.
  • Strengthens recruiting outcomes through collaboration across People & Culture, DEI, and Labor Relations, leveraging technology, data, and continuous improvement to build sustainable talent pipelines.
