About The Position
Hill International is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist - Transportation in the United States. This role is a hands-on recruiting leader responsible for managing full-cycle hiring for aviation, rail, transit, and other transportation programs and projects across the United States. The specialist will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, Project and Market Leaders, Operations, and Business Development to fill technical, professional, and leadership roles in support of active and upcoming transportation programs. Hill International, with over 4,300 professionals in more than 100 offices worldwide, offers program management, project management, construction management, project management oversight, advisory, facilities management, and other consulting services. Requirements
- Hands-on recruiting leadership experience.
- Experience in full-cycle hiring.
- Experience recruiting for transportation programs and projects.
- Ability to partner with various internal teams (Talent Acquisition, Project/Market Leaders, Operations, Business Development).
- Experience filling technical, professional, and leadership roles.
