The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver value to the business by doing full cycle recruiting, scheduling complex interviews, tracking recruiting metrics, executing a career fair strategy, serving as a recruiter for select non-exempt and exempt roles, sourcing talent, and other duties as assigned. This role will be hybrid requiring a minimum of 3 days in office.

Requirements

  • Highschool/GED required.
  • 4+ years of equivalent work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner is required.
  • Ability to travel 10 -15%.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening and communicating.
  • Represents the Company professionally and respectfully to internal and external contacts.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Functional competencies include agility, attention to detail, collaboration, prioritization, and building strategic partnerships.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Construction recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Previous college recruiting experience preferred.
  • Canada recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Cornerstone a plus) preferred.
  • Bilingual in French preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Executes full cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Posts positions on the company website, job boards, and college career sites.
  • Develops and implements a sourcing strategy for both passive and non-passive talent.
  • Works with Talent Acquisition Management and HR Partners to execute open roles.
  • Maintains and tracks recruitment metrics through the ATS and Excel.
  • Owns and manages regional TA programs (e.g., early career, career fairs, referrals, sourcing campaigns), including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
  • Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.
  • Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action.
  • Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
