The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner position is an impactful function whose overall responsibility will be to provide best-in-class recruitment expertise and hiring strategies roles in G&A, Insurance, High-Volume, IT, Engineering and etc. You will directly impact the company's success, identifying diverse and skilled talent. In this role you will develop and deliver end-to-end recruiting process from influencing job description skills in partnership with our People Strategy team, to building hiring strategies, consulting with hiring leaders, and creating talent pipelines for the organization's ongoing hiring needs.This person will be vital to our hiring success through immediate engagement, ensuring we have the tools and resources needed to grow their business.
