About The Position
Zachry Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Recruiter to help grow our engineering organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering and design talent across the United States. This role partners closely with Engineering leadership to support critical hiring needs across multiple engineering disciplines within the power generation, refining, petrochemical, chemical, energy, and industrial construction markets. The Senior Engineering Recruiter owns the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering and design positions, from talent mapping and candidate engagement through offer acceptance. Success in this role requires strong sourcing and networking capabilities, an understanding of engineering talent markets, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both hiring leaders and highly sought-after engineering professionals.
