About the Role Matter Health is seeking a relationship-driven Recruiter to help us attract exceptional talent as we continue expanding access to high-quality healthcare for older adults. As a Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across clinical, operational, and corporate positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. You'll play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience, developing creative sourcing strategies, and serving as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner throughout the hiring process. Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting across healthcare, operations, corporate, or other professional positions.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruiting workflows and candidate pipelines.
  • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance for clinical, operational, and corporate positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide ongoing updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Review applications, evaluate candidate qualifications, and conduct recruiter phone and video interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews while ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and recruiting workflows within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including pipeline health, source effectiveness, interview conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting marketing efforts, networking events, and career fairs.
  • Partner with the People Operations team to support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and the overall hiring experience.
