As part of our Systems Engineering & Solution Sales organization, you will be a key player among our 800+ customer-focused technical sales professionals. Working remotely across various locations, our team culture is built on collaboration and expertise, where we excel at identifying and matching technology opportunities with customer business issues and objectives. Our mission is to act as trusted consultants to Nutanix sales, customer success teams, business partners, and customers alike, helping them navigate their transformational journeys through the adoption of our innovative solutions. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering, who leads our SLED team with a focus on mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. The work setup for this role is remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance, and there is no requirement for you to go into the office, as the position can be effectively performed from anywhere. The role does involve travel, and you must be prepared to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within your territory and for various event-based opportunities.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Hands-on technical aptitude and adaptability to market demands.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Analytical problem-solving abilities with a clear approach to strategy.
Experience managing multiple projects and executing detailed action plans.
Advanced knowledge in virtualization and/or enterprise applications.
Ability to lift up to 50 lb servers for proof of concept execution.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose tailored Nutanix solutions.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and articulate the value of Nutanix solutions to influence purchasing decisions.
Manage the technical evaluation process, including conducting proof of concepts (POCs) to validate solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their transformation journey.
Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans and solution proposals.
Execute and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and customer expectations.
Strive for personal and professional development, contributing to team culture through mentorship and collaboration.
