Position Summary The Server Lead shall oversee enterprise server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup/recovery operations, and systems administration supporting mission-critical environments for a major IT services contract for the U.S. Army.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of systems administration experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise virtualization and storage environments.
  • Security+ CE required
  • Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Manage server patching, backups, storage, and disaster recovery operations.
  • Ensure system availability, performance, and security compliance.
  • Coordinate infrastructure upgrades and sustainment activities.
  • Develop and maintain system administration SOPs and documentation.
  • Support 24/7 operations and critical system recovery efforts.
