About The Position

The Sr Systems Analyst oversees the strategy and planning, and delivery of data and analytics platform technologies. HCSC offers curated development plans to foster employee growth and professional development. The position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Information Technology experience, or technical certification and/or college courses plus 6 years of Information Technology experience, or 8 years of Information Technology experience.
• Knowledge of application configuration.
• Knowledge of Big Data Analytics.
• Knowledge of cloud computing.
• Knowledge of scripting languages.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOAP/REST).
• Requirements definition and management.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodology, including Agile, Scrum, or iterative development.
• System performance management.
• Conceptual thinking.
• Creative thinking.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with system analysis, business analysis, and rationalization.
• Project/task management and delivery experience.
• Estimating and forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of or experience with Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of or experience with collaboration tools: JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
