About The Position

Senior Systems Analyst – SAP Procurement to Pay Reporting to the appropriate Information Technology leader, you will provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for complex initiatives within the SAP Procurement to Pay platform. You will partner closely with solution architects, product teams, and shared services to ensure stability, quality, and continuous improvement of SAP capabilities while translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of hands‑on experience supporting SAP Procurement to Pay solutions.
  • Experience with SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management, SAP Ariba Sourcing, category management, and spend analytics.
  • Experience relating technical and business concepts to senior leadership audiences.
  • Broad functional knowledge across SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, Finance, Sales and Distribution, and Warehouse Management.
  • Exposure to SAP security concepts.
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience working within a continuous delivery and agile delivery model.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working with managed Information Technology service organizations, including onshore and offshore teams.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership across the SAP Procurement to Pay functional area.
  • Review, evolve, and enforce SAP development standards and frameworks.
  • Oversee solution design, development, performance validation, and testing to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Ensure deliverables meet established quality, change control, and release management standards.
  • Partner with enterprise architecture and solution architects to influence future‑state technology capabilities.
  • Contribute to roadmaps and strategic plans to improve business value and results.
  • Provide design input to quality assurance testing and release readiness activities.
  • Support architectural standards definition and validation through proof of concepts.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Information Technology Shared Services Architects.
  • Participate in product and agile team ceremonies.
  • Coach systems analysts on architectural standards and quality audit practices.
  • Oversee and guide managed service partners for application administration, configuration, development, and escalation management.
  • Coordinate and support organizational change to drive adoption and maximize solution value.
  • Manage communication across stakeholders and play an active role within agile delivery teams.
