About The Position

At Saputo, a top 10 global dairy processor, this position will directly support the Ariba & SAP Procurement functions, providing analytical and tactical support. This role is key to the accuracy and success of Ariba, involving day-to-day responsibility for functional master data within Ariba. The Analyst will work cross-functionally and support efforts to optimize systems, policies, and procedures that underpin the Procurement process. As a member of the Procurement team, the analyst will collaborate with Procurement Category Managers, third-party partners, Accounts Payable, and the Master Data Management team to drive performance within the procurement community. Requirements

• 1-3 Years of Supply Chain or related experience is required.
• Experience working in spreadsheets, software systems.
• Strong technical proficiency with spreadsheets and business software systems
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify issues quickly and ensure accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to influence process improvement and drive change within a matrix organization

Nice To Haves

• BA, BS or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or related field preferred
• SAP experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of Ariba (catalogs/contracts, etc.)
• Assist with SAP Pricing Contracts, updating pricing.
• Assist cross functionally to solve issues that arise, supporting users.
• Help resolve invoice/PO discrepancies utilizing SAP, Ariba, VIM
• Key Change Request for master data changes for Procurement team
• Assist with development and publication of reporting, dashboards and KPIs
• Assist with development and publication of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and/or QRGs for Ariba
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for required
