About The Position

Join our Systems Test team, where we validate the safety and performance of Torc’s autonomous driving system through simulation, virtual testing, and data-driven validation. Our team works at the intersection of perception, planning, systems engineering, and safety, ensuring that autonomous behavior is thoroughly tested across a wide range of real-world and edge-case scenarios before deployment. As a Senior Simulation Test Engineer, you will contribute to the development and execution of scenario-based validation strategies, leveraging simulation to evaluate system performance, identify gaps, and improve overall robustness. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across autonomy, systems, and safety to ensure that simulation insights translate into meaningful improvements in the real-world behavior of our vehicles.
