Requirements

  • BS/BA in Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials, or Business
  • 10 years of Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Materials Management and/or Program Management experience or An advanced degree with 5 years of Engineering, Business Supply Chain, Customer Service, Materials Management and/or Program Management experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong ability to not only collect data but to be use this to develop plans and or solutions to complex problems and ability to then present this data to the associated organizations in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are a necessity
  • This position requires strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated repair forecast for the F100 program and provide to Eagle Supply for forecasting and planning purposes
  • Work with country Sustainment Managers to ensure that Bill of Material scrap rates are regularly updated and that the repair forecast is sufficient to meet scrap rates
  • Works with Eagle Supply on Forecasting, sourcing and ensuring timely delivery of all repairs for the F100 program.
  • Analyze workstop data to help set priority on parts recovery efforts, as well as track burndown of workstops in the fleet.
  • Coordinates repair development with ASE and work closely with Eagle Supply to ensure all repairs are quickly sourced and implemented
  • Provide monthly updates on industrialization of repairs and projects
  • Develop, plan, and lead digital treads project working with sustainment and DT to connect multiple data sets into one searchable system.
  • Works closely with the Serviceable Military Assets (SMA) team and ensure that all unusable material is scrapped, that engine buy backs are inducted in a timely manner to facilitate a steady supply of SMA parts, and get parts entered into repair cycle in anticipation of need
