Job Summary Your Impact Product Lifecycle Stewardship: Drive the E2E supply continuity of assigned product portfolios, ensuring the manufacturing engine is tuned to meet the Planning team's gross plan without friction. Strategic Partner Management: Orchestrate EMS partner/CM communication and deliverables. You aren’t just monitoring execution; you are optimizing the partnership to ensure key product metrics and revenue targets are exceeded. Cross-Functional Command: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (Engineering, Quality, TechOps) and EMS partners. You will lead the resolution of complex product issues, including re-spins, qualifications, and quality excursions. Proactive Risk Mitigation: Partner with the SCMM team on materials CTB (Clear-to-Build) frameworks. You will identify long-range risks and design sophisticated mitigation plans to prevent supply gaps. Reporting Automation & AI Utilization: Transform manual data collection into automated, real-time reporting architectures. You will lead the implementation of AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to identify supply bottlenecks, optimize production throughput, and improve commit accuracy. KPI Governance & Narrative: Own and monitor Supply Chain KPIs (Commit Accuracy, Attainment QTD). You will be responsible for presenting executive summaries and strategic recovery plans during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), utilizing automated dashboards to drive data-backed narratives. High-Level Advisory: Serve as a primary consultant on crucial projects that impact assigned products. You must have the ability to analyze data and make critical, independent decisions that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Process Evolution: Identify operational gaps and implement industry best practices and automation. You will drive the implementation of solutions that fill process gaps and improve overall supply chain scalability. NPI to Sustaining Leadership: Lead the product transition from NPI to Sustaining. You will ensure a flawless Transfer of Information (TOI) and set the foundation for long-term manufacturing success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 8-10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Product Management, Program Management, or Operations/Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated experience in automating complex reports and utilizing AI/Machine Learning frameworks to optimize supply execution, identify fulfillment risks, or resolve manufacturing bottlenecks.
  • Proven track record of managing and influencing Contract Manufacturing/EMS providers for high-complexity, custom-designed hardware.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and facilitate agreements among diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • A "take-charge" attitude with the ability to work with limited direction and handle high-pressure scenarios with common sense and sound business judgment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, Arena, and advanced Tableau (or similar BI tools) for reporting automation. You should be comfortable translating complex data into actionable operational strategies.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex supply chain concepts to various levels of leadership.
