The AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain & Procurement (ISCaP) organization focuses on sourcing, building, and maintaining socially responsible data center supply chains. This specific role is for an experienced professional who is passionate about technology, driving change, and making a global impact. The individual will own, build, and run technology sourcing and operations, collaborating with multiple teams to meet the demands of a high-growth industry. The role requires a customer-obsessed, long-term thinker who can execute effectively. The AWS procurement team is seeking a results-oriented individual to manage the launch of new Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) products, geography expansions, and contract manufacturing. Responsibilities include developing alternate or multi-sourcing strategies and action plans to support new product launches and sustain existing products. The role involves leading internal and supplier engagements across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Business organizations, with a deep dive into product and supply chain technologies and operations. The individual will analyze industry trends to develop strategies for cost reduction, risk minimization, supply continuity, and leveraging emerging opportunities to meet AWS goals.
