Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant supply chain leadership experience, including planning, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and operational execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, set strategy, and execute plans that support business objectives.
• Strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to identify issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• APICS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Raws and Packs Planning Team to support production schedule and execution.
• Oversee the Finished Goods Planning Team to meet customer and internal Henkel demand.
• Lead the monthly Supply Management Review Process within the Sales and Operations Planning Framework.
• Coach and support the team to drive results and individual success.
• Optimize and drive key metrics such as Working Capital, Schedule Adherence, and Service Level.
