About The Position

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Architect to join their fast-growing team. This role supports the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and day-to-day operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The position works closely with Procurement, Operations, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to improve business processes and maximize the value of the ERP platform. This role is ideal for a functional analyst or consultant with 3-5 years of ERP Supply Chain experience and a working knowledge of Finance and Accounting.

Requirements

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365
Minimum 3 to 5 years in supply chain
Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution
Strong fundamental knowledge of ITACs, ITGCs, and SOX Controls

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 alongside third party system implementors
Identify and apply industry best practices to develop practical business solutions
Collaborate with business process leaders to define and document essential business requirements
Perform gap analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications
Provide comprehensive training across all organizational levels to ensure user confidence and system adoption
Facilitate testing cycles within the SDLC (e.g., SIT, UAT, and Cutover) and address any issues to ensure a smooth system go-live
Support clients with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the implementation process
Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate closely with the Digital/Campaigns team to conceptualize and develop creative strategies and designs that elevate the brand's visual identity.
Photo Shoot concepts and Collaboration: Contribute creative concepts and provide design direction and support to bring the brand's vision to life through captivating visual imagery.
